² NIGORI sake is made in early winter from freshly harvested sake rice. It is bottled unfiltered before the sake completes fermentation.

BIZEN SAKE is made in Japan’s western region of Okayama Prefecture where unique sake rice variety known as KIBIYOSHI is grown. The KIBIYOSHI has robust and earthy flavors and is suited for making rich full-body sake such as NIGORI.
